I graduated from University of Ottawa in Civil law and I started practicing law in my own firm in 1982. I became a certified mediator in the year 2000 and I have started to teach mediation at the faculty of law at the University of Ottawa in 2001, as a part time professor.
I practice law in both languages, English and French.
During the past 30 years, I have had the opportunity to plead before the Quebec Appeal Court, the Superior Court, the Quebec Court, the Municipal Court and the Tax Court.
Most cases I deal with are related to Family, Civil, Commercial and Tax matters.
As a certified mediator, my goal is to find solutions to settle matters on an amicable basis.
As a lawyer, I try to find the most efficient solutions in order to settle matters as quickly as possible at the client's advantage.
When it is necessary, I do not hesitate to present motions to serve the client's interest and/or to contest the abusive or unrealistic requests.
